The deadline to register for the Crockett Meet (Saturday, July 6th) is tomorrow, Saturday, June 29th.  No late adds will be accepted so register now!!!

 

League Meet Updates/Reminders

Please committ your swimmer to League Championship Meet now!  We ask that all swimmers participate!  If your swimmer is a 12/under, they need to commit now so that the Knight Rays make them a good luck poster for the meet.  

 

Tri County Swim League Cover Art Contest:  

  • Every year League Meet hosts an art contest for the front and back cover of the League Meet Program.  The league reps from each team vote for the winning entries. 
  • To be considered in the contest, art should:
    • Represent all 5 teams equally
      • American Canyon Ahi
      • Benicia Stingrays
      • Crockett Crockett-iles
      • Hercules Piranhas
      • Pinole Seals
      • Note that Martinez Community Swim Team Otters have elected to leave our League and will not be at League Meet moving forward.  They should not be included in the League Meet Drawing.  
    • Be in Portrait orientation on 8.5 x 11 inch paper
    • Be in color (color pencil, marker, or graffiti marker).  Digital creations are fine but it must be printed out for submission.
  • Submit your entry into the Roldan Family Folder by Monday, July 8th

 

League Program Ad Sales​

The League is selling ad space in the League Meet Program to individual families to allow them to wish their swimmer good luck!  The swimmers have worked so hard through the entire season and this is your chance to congratulate them and make them feel special on the day of the big meet!!!  

 
Spaces are sold as follows:
 
    Full Page    (7 - 1/2" wide x 10" tall)             $75
    Half Page   (7 - 1/2" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall)       $40
    1/4 Page    (3 - 5/8" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall)       $25
    1/8 Page    (3 - 5/8" wide x 2 - 3/8" tall)       $15
 
You must leave 1/2" margin around the page for printing.  Please make sure the ad copy is appropriate for all.
Pages must be COMPLETELY CAMERA READY AND IN PDF FORMAT, grey scale.  The League will not
do the layout or paste-up for any team.  However, we would like the ad pages to look neat and professional
with clearly printed wording and clear photos.
 
Camera Ready ads in PDF format, grey scale, must be submitted by email to  leaguerep@bsrswim.org by  Wednesday, July 17th.
