Registration for Spring/Summer 2026

  • Early Bird Registration opens on Sunday, February 1, 2026 to RETURNING FAMILIES ONLY.  Early bird registration fees for 14/unders is XXXX and for 15/ups is XXXX.  There is ONE registration fee that covers BOTH spring and summer.  
  • Early Bird Registration ends Sunday, February 15th at midnight .
  • Regular Registration begins Monday, February 16th and is open to new and returning families.  Registration fees for 14/unders is $XXX and for 15/ups is $XXX.  
  • There is a $35 discount for each sibling that registers after the initial registrant
  • Please review the volunteer requirements closely and make sure that you are aware of your family requirements.  
  • Enrollment cap for 6/unders is 30 swimmers, 7/8 is 40 swimmers, total team cap is 180 swimmers.

  • Wear your team suit if you have one.  If you don't have one, wear a blue or black suit if possible.  
  • Team shirts will be handed out before the group picture

 

2025 Tentative Practice Schedule (2026 info to be updated as it becomes available)

  • Spring Practice:  Monday, March 31 - Tuesday, June 10th; No practice Wednesday, June 11th
    • Monday through Thursday​​
    • 6/unders:  4:30-5:00 pm (6/unders should be comfortable putting their face in the water, floating on their front and back independently, and swimming 12.5 yards safely and independently)
    • 7/8:  5:00-5:45 pm
    • 9/10: 5:45-6:45 pm
    • 11-18:  6:30-7:30 pm
    • No practice for Spring Break, Monday, April 14th-Thursday, April 17th (practice will resume on Monday, April 21st).  
    • No practice Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day

 

  • Summer Practice:  Thursday, June 12th- Friday, July 25th.  Practice will continue through Friday, August 1st for County Qualifiers only.  County practice schedule will be released prior to County Meet.  
    • Monday through Friday
    • 13-18:  8:00-9:30 am
    • 11/12:  9:15-10:30 am
    • 9/10:  10:15-11:15 am
    • 7/8:  11:00 am -12:00 pm
    • 6/Unders: 11:45am - 12:30pm
    • Friday, July 4th:  No practice in honor of Independence Day

Saturday, July 25th: League @ American Canyon High School. We expect all Stingrays to attend and compete at League Meet.

Saturday, August 1st-Sunday, August 2nd:  County @ Acalanes High. Swimmers must swim a qualifying "Gold Time" to participate at County Championships Meet
