Team Suits, Photo Update, and still more Core Volunteer Stuff

Core Volunteer Updates

  • Thank you so much to those of you who stepped up to volunteer as a core volunteer.  For shepherds, we still desperately need:
    • ​6/Under Girls Shepherd:  Two Families
    • 7/8 Boys Shepherd:  One Family
  • We are otherwise doing pretty well in filling our Core Volunteer Slots, but we could still use two more folks to step up (this covers both your meet and social volunteer requirement!!!):
    • Reliever for Data Entry and Timer Position (Home Meets Only!!!)
      • This person would receive training on both Data Entry and our Colorado Timing System.  We already have folks to cover most of the meets, but we particularly need coverage for the June 17th home meet.  You would also provide bathroom breaks for anyone needing relief during home meets
    • ​Invitational Coordinator:  Help coordinate the invitational meets--promote invitational meets, organize registration forms, make sure all paperwork to the host team is submitted on time, help Coach Mariska with meet entries, must be present at invitational meets to serve as volunteer check-in. 

 

Team Suits have arrived!!!

  • The Dolfin Team Suits have arrived.  They still need to be sorted and then will be handed out next week at practice.  If you have questions, please email VP Kendall at vicepresident@bsrswim.org.  You will receive an email with a more specific day for suit pick-ups soon.  

 

Team Photos:  Additional Order Forms

  • Per the previous Splash, if you have multiple swimmers in your family taking individual photos, each swimmer will need their own order form.  Each family folder has a single order form.  If you need extra forms, please take just what you need from the manila envelope that is on top of the family folder cart.
