Update: 6/Unders Registering for Meets

Hi 6/Under Families,

Now that the summer swim season is underway and our Little Stingrays are in the water 5 days per week, Coach Mariska is seeing fast improvement in them.  If you feel your swimmer is ready to swim in meets, please feel free to register them.  The deadline to register for Pinole is this Saturday.  The deadline to register for all regular dual meets is one week prior (so either the Wednesday or Saturday before the actual meet).  Do not be late to register as we do not allow late adds at this point in the season. 

Most meets do have limits on the number of heats that are allowed per age/gender/event.  If the number of registered swimmers exceeds the number of slots available, Coach Mariska will add the swimmers on a first come first serve basis and divide them up between the events they know how to swim (freestyle and backstroke will be the strokes they are most comfortable with; the majority of the Littles are not going to be able to swim breaststroke or butterfly yet).
