Crockett Meet Info, Wednesday, 6/21/2023

Please note that swimmers on Wednesday evening meets are limited to two individual events and two relays if they make the relay cut.  Please have your swimmer to the shepherds (8 and under) or starting blocks (9 and up) in a timely manner.  Wednesday evening meets are a time crunch and we want to get to relays to complete the entire meet.  We will not hold up races for late swimmers.  

 

Location:  James Lemos Pool, 181 East J Street, Benicia

Gates Open: 4:00pm

All families (except Stingray Families directly involved with meet set up) must enter through the front lobby doors on East J Street to then enter the pool deck via the locker rooms.  Families not involved with meet set up can not enter through the side gate.

Warm Ups:  Stingrays 4:10-4:30 PM, Visiting Team 4:30-4:50 PM

Meet Time:  5:00-7:30 pm

Team Camps:  Stingrays set up on the long leg of the grass; Visiting team sets up on the short leg of the grass.  Please be a gracious host and do not set up in Crockett's team area.  

Volunteer Check-In:  All Stingray Volunteers must check in with our Volunteer Coordinators Wendy Buresh or Bekki Callaway to get credit for hours served. Please check in in the back corner, where the two legs of the grass L intersect.  

Set-Up Crew:   Please arrive by 3:30.  

Concessions:  We will have a snack bar and should have a food truck.  Be nice to the gatekeeper leading out to the food truck. We will not tolerate any harassment or mistreatment of any volunteers.
