ECI

  • Here is the volunteer schedule. Please make sure to review the entire document as you may have a job on both Saturday and Sunday.  
  • ALL families should check in with Audrey Vargas as soon as you get to the meet to confirm you are aware of your volunteer job and time. 
  • Please arrive at your assigned shift 5 minutes before your shift begins and make sure to only relieve the Benicia timer for your lane (there will be timers from two other teams sharing the lane with us).  
  • If you no show without making prior arrangements with Audrey, you will have a $100 fee placed on your account, which must be re-payed before participation in future meets.  
  • Hopefully we will have the map for Team Camp and warmup info soon!

 

Spirit Wear Update

  • Most of our spirit wear has arrived.  The latest order did arrive incomplete, so there are still a few outstanding items. We apologize and appreciate your patience! This is not the fault of Milkman--the order went out to print correctly, but what was received back was not correct. We are remedying the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience and support!
  • The spirit wear that has arrived is bagged up on the pool deck.  See any board member and they can grab it for you. 
  • Something that might be our fault: if you received a trucker hat in the wrong colorway and want a swap, please let us know! (if you received royal/white instead of red/royal/white). Email Brieanne Marshall at pr@bsrswim.org with any spirit wear questions/issues.

 

Volunteer Hours Update

  • Please review this volunteer spreadsheet.  It lists the jobs you have signed up for and/or completed.  
  • The season requirement for the season is to fulfill 4 meet jobs and 2 social jobs.  If you are struggling to fulfill your requirement, please email volunteer@bsrswim.org.
  • Note that the list does not include the hours worked at the Ahi meet or the Torchlight Parade.
  • If you do not see your family's name on the list, it means you have either bought out of your job requirement, you have fulfilled your requirement by being a board member/core volunteer, or you have not signed up for any jobs at all.  If you have yet to sign up for any jobs, please email volunteer@bsrswim.org ASAP.  

 

Martinez Meet Registration

  • The Martinez meet is quickly approaching on Saturday, July 15th.  Make sure to register by this Saturday, July 8th.  Late requests to add will not be accepted.  
  • Martinez is our last League dual meet of the season (Pleasant Hill is not in our league) and The Stingrays are so far undefeated in League meets!  We need every swimmer to sign up to give us the best chance at winning!
