County Volunteer Work Assignments

Hi County Families,

We have the Volunteer Work Assignments.  Benicia is responsible for one timing chair each morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and no timing chairs in the afternoon.  

I did not assign a work shift to Relay Only families because it seems unfair to ask these families to show up to work a shift in the morning when their swimmers may not be there yet.    

Here is the schedule.  Please let me know ASAP if the assignment does not work for you so that we can make swaps as needed.  If I do not hear from you, I will assume that you are able to complete your shift as assigned.  All assigned shifts were based on a day that your swimmer is competing.  Based off of the rough timeline for the day, I tried to assign shifts for when your swimmer will not be actively in the water so that you can cheer them on and video them as you desire (this may not be perfect, but I tried....it is a little harder when your swimmer is swimming 2 events in one day).
