Pizza Pirate Discount Cards!!!

Hi Stingrays!

Now that Fall Swim is underway, it is time to start a quick little fundraiser!  We know that our expenses are going to increase substantially next year, with our pool fees from the city increasing significantly.  For MANY years, the city has charged us MUCH less than neighboring cities for pool use; they are now going to charge us at a rate similar to these other cities.  In an effort to keep registration fees at a reasonable rate, we will need to have small fundraisers year-round to help defray our expenses. 

For September/October, Pizza Pirate is very generously working with the Stingrays by allowing us to sell their Pizza Pirate discount cards. Each card is worth $110 and costs only $10!!!  One of the coupons on the card is a no-purchase-necessary free small pizza, which is worth much more than the cost of the $10 card!!

What:  Pizza Pirate Fundraiser

Why:  To support the Stingrays for our upcoming 2024 season 

How:  Pick up the cards from Jeanne Woodford or Andrea Meaders (Josilyn and Taylor's grandma and mom) at Fall Swim practice this week.  We ask that you prepay Jeanne or Andrea for each $10 card you plan to sell.  Reach out to local friends and family to purchase the cards from you.  If you can not make it to practice, Jeanne will make arrangements with you. You can text her at 707-853-0928 or email fundraising@bsrswim.org.  Payment forms accepted include cash, check (made payable to Benicia Stingrays) or Zelle (treasurer@bsrswim.org). PayPal is not accepted for this fundraiser. 

We strive for every Stingray family to sell a minimum of 3 cards.  Even if you just purchase the cards for your own family's use, they easily pay for themselves in free pizza!!!  AND, the cards never expire. It's like Pizza Pirate is giving it all away to us!!!
