Alright team, we have a lot of upcoming deadlines.  Emails are going to be coming at you frequently with information and deadlines.  Please try to stay on top of all announcements and deadlines. 

 

Wednesday, July 10th

  • Pleasant Hill Dolfins Away Meet Registration Deadline

Friday, July 12th

  • League Meet Registration Deadline--Register online as you would do for a dual meet, late adds can not be accomodated!!!
  • Lapapalooza Prize Sheet Deadline--Turn it into the black box on the pool deck attached to the Family Folder Cart

 

Saturday, July 13th

  • Home Meet against Hercules Registration Deadline

 

Wednesday, July 17th

  • League Meet Program Reservation Deadline:  Email Chris Roldan at leaguerep@bsrswim.org to reserve a League Meet Program.  You MUST pay $10 at the League Meet Breakfast table to get your program (please bring exact change).  If you reserve a copy and do not pick it up/pay for it, we will bill your credit card on file for $10.
  • League Meet Program Ads:  Wish your swimmer good luck and make them feel special  View this prior NewsSplash for info on purchasing an ad in the League Meet Program.
  • League Meet Power Breakfast Donations:  If you have not already done so, please visit the signup genius to contribute an item to our breakfast potluck table!  There is not a deadline for this, this just seemed a good spot to put this reminder.  Please no nuts or peanut items!  

 

Thursday, July 18th

  • 13/14's Outing--Save the Date
  • League Meet Volunteer Jobs:  The volunteer jobs are now  posted on the website.  **ALL** families must sign up to work a volunteer shift.  Some shifts have already been assigned.  If you are a core volunteer (announcer, stroke and turn judge, shephard, etc) it is likely that you have already been assigned your shift, just look for your name.  If you are a normal non-core volunteer, or a shfit has not been assigned to you, please sign up for a shift ASAP.  If you have not signed up for a shift by July 18th, a shift will be assigned to you and you will be stuck with whatever is assigned.  All volunteer jobs are first come first serve.
  • As always, failure to fulfill your volunteer job will result in $150 being charged to the credit card on file.  

 

Thursday, July 25th

  • 15-18's Outing--Save the Date.  Please RSVP to this email (or the prior 15-18 NewsSplash) to let us know if your swimmer plans on attending.  We need to budget for this event so if you do not RSVP, your swimmer may not be able to attend.
