Hi Battle Families,  

 

Please find the additional Battle information below!

 

Remember that your volunteer job has already been assigned.  Here is the volunteer schedule!  Before you go to your timing or judging position, make sure you save Jen Smith's and Jill Magno's phone numbers to your phone in case your reliever does not show up or you need a bathroom break. 

 

 

VIP PARKING :  We will be offering VIP parking passes in the Staff lot at College Park.  These parking passes will be $30 advanced purchase per day and $40 onsite via Square link. The passes usually sell out prior to the meet.  These passes will allow you unlimited access to the parking lot throughout the meet.  Order your pass online at the Square market:  https://square.link/u/pkDR687A

You will be sent an email confirming your order that you will bring to the meet to check in at the VIP parking lot.

 

GENERAL PARKING :  There is general parking in the upper parking lot and at DVC across the street.

 

OFFICIAL PARKING :  Specifically assigned officials will be able to park in the Valley View Middle School Parking Lot which will be monitored by our parking Marshal.

 

TEAM AREAS AND SET UP: Team Areas (map) are within the hallways of College park. Areas will be marked when you arrive on Friday afternoon for set up between the hours of 4-6pm.  Please respect that Summer School is taking place on this site and we cannot allow early setup. The campus will be open for set-up at 4pm on Friday and gates will close at 6pm.   NOTE:   If tents, chairs or other personal belongings are left overnight, Pleasant Hill Dolfins Swim Team and other affiliated agencies are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Summer school starts again early on Monday morning so please be a good neighbor by picking up your trash and placing it in the appropriate receptacle locations.

 

PETS, ALCOHOL AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES:   We are on a school campus.  Pets, alcohol and controlled substances are not permitted.

 

WARM UPS:   No swimmer will be permitted to participate in pre-meet warm-ups without the presence of a coach from their team to supervise. 

 

All warmups will be open format with lanes 1 and 5 for starts and sprints, only one direction.

*11/12 swimmers may swim at either time slot  

 

Saturday, June 28, 2025:

7:30-7:55 am   *Ages 11-18

7:55-8:20 am   *Ages 9-12

8:20-8:45 am   Ages 8 & Under  

 

Sunday, June 29, 2025:

7:30-7:55 am   *Ages 11-18

7:55-8:20 am   *Ages 9-12

8:20-8:45 am   Ages 8 & Under  (optional - 8&U swimmers won’t start on Sunday until 12:30pm)  

 

During Competition, lane  10 & 11 are for warm-ups and cool-downs for 13-18 year old swimmers to warm up and cool down throughout the meet.  

Swimmers must follow the directions of the lifeguards and meet officials at all times.

 

CLERK OF THE COURSE:   All swimmers must check-in at Clerk of the Course before their race.  Be sure to follow our "X" feed for Clerk calls.  The area in Clerk of the Course and immediately around the pool is a secure area – only competing swimmers, coaches and officials will be allowed in this area.

 

COMMUNICATIONS:   Results will be posted on the wall near the entrance to the pool.  They will also be posted on Meet Mobile.  For up-to-the-minute announcements and calls to the clerk of the course, follow us on "X" @phdolfins.  Go to Battle Headquarters on the grass next to the Snack Shack, if you would like to purchase a meet program ($10 print, $7 digital once print is sold-out) or if you have any general questions.

 

VENDOR FAIR:   Visit our vendors on the basketball courts near the main entrance.  Jolyn (Saturday) & Ellsmore swimwear (Both days) will be on site for a trunk sale.  GIC Graphics T-shirts, FlexinMyComplxn, Pink S'Kais Cotton Candy, Celebrations etc. – Air Brush Artist & Auntie Viv’s Shaved Ice

 

SNACK SHACK:   Our snack shack offers a delicious menu with many healthy choices. The menu will be available at  http://pleasanthilldolfins.com

 

POPPED TIME AWARDS:  Visit Battle HQ for your popped time award for all swimmers who pop their time.

 

RAFFLE:  Be sure to visit our raffle tables next to Battle HQ. Tickets are 1 for $3, 4 for $10, or 10 for $20 and will be available at Battle HQ.
