IMPORTANT: Clinics are cancelled this afternoon

Hi Stingrays,

We are very sorry for this, but we have decided to cancel clinics for today (Wednesday) afternoon.  

The Benicia High School Swim Team has a meet at James Lemos after school today.  While we were optimistic they would be out of there by 5:30-5:45, we have learned that their opposing team is very large and there just won't be room in the pool or on the deck to accommodate our new swimmers and their families.  

We will still have board members down at the pool near the picnic tables by the diving pool.  If you want to come down and chat with them or have questions, please feel free to come down at 5:30.  We love to get to know our new swimmers and families!  Also, it may be fun for your new swimmers to watch part of a swim meet!  Entry is free and it's always fun to watch the big kids (many of whom are your junior coaches) swim!  

The first month of swim practice is always a bit chaotic because we have to share the pool with the high school swim team.  Once their season ends at the end of April, we will get all of the lanes to ourselves and everything completely smooths out.
