Hi Team,

We have several reminders for you and a couple of new things.

Reminders

  • Pinole Home Meet:  Last day to register is Saturday, June 10th.  Don't be late!!!
  • Hercules Away Meet:  We still need volunteers to cover shifts for Saturday, June 10th.  If you are going, please consider signing up for a shift.
  • Lapapalooza:  Make sure to register to participate this week (and sign up for a volunteer job).  Two lucky familes will win one of two $50 gift cards to Venticellos.  Thank you Venticellos!!! 

 

Battle of the Ages Update

  • Don't forget to register by Thursday at noon.  We will be cutting the check for payment on Thursday so no late entries can be accepted!!
  • IMPORTANT:  If you plan to go to Battle, reply to this email with the name and email address of the adult in your family who will fulfill your volunteer requirement.  We need this information ASAP so that we can get started on the background checks.  We will submit your name and email address to the background check company and they will email you with further instructions.  

 

Age Group Outings:  Save The Date!!!

  • Every season, Coach Mariska sets aside her Thursday afternoons for some fun and games with our kids.  More details to follow, but please save the date!  For the 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14 outings, please sign up on the website if you are able to stay to help out.  
    • June 15:  8 and Unders, Tie Dye Party at Francesca Park, Coach Mariska would like all parents to stay and not just drop off their kids.  Junior coaches will be present to help out as well.  
    • June 22:  9/10's, Swim Party (Location TBD), 6 adult volunteers requested, junior coaches will be present to help out as well.  
    • June 29:  11/12's, Lazer Tag at Q-zar and pizza at Skippolinis, 6 adult volunteers requested
    • July 13:  13/14's, Escape Room and Fuddruckers, 6 adult volunteers requested
    • July 20:  15-18, Fancy Dinner Night (Bella Sienna, other?), no adult volunteers needed

 

Competitive Swim Lessons

  • There was a huge response to our competitive swim lessons and the sessions filled up in just an hour or so. 
  • We have added Coach Carmela and Coach Luca  to our schedule so more lessons are now available.
  • Refer to the previous Swim Lesson Flyer for all of the details  
  • Please limit your swimmer to a maximum of 2 separate sessions (so 4 total lessons).  We want to be fair to all families and allow as many swimmers as possible to participate.  
  • Visit the Competitive Swim Lesson Signup Genius to select available lessons.
