Hello Stingrays,
Our championship meet, Twin County Swim League Championships, is quickly approaching on Saturday, July 29th. The League is selling ad space in the League Meet Program to individual families to allow them to wish their swimmer good luck! The swimmers have worked so hard through the entire season and this is your chance to congratulate them and make them feel special on the day of the big meet!!! Speaking of the big meet, please make sure to "commit" your swimmer to League Meet!!! Register them to compete the same way you would commit to a regular dual meet. The team covers the cost of all swimmers for League Meet. We want 100% of our swimmers signed up and committed to this meet--the more swimmers we have, the more points we can possibly score!!!
Spaces are sold as follows:
Full Page (7 - 1/2" wide x 10" tall) $75
Half Page (7 - 1/2" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall) $40
1/4 Page (3 - 5/8" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall) $25
1/8 Page (3 - 5/8" wide x 2 - 3/8" tall) $15
You must leave 1/2" margin around the page for printing. Please make sure the ad copy is appropriate for all.
Pages must be COMPLETELY CAMERA READY AND IN PDF FORMAT, grey scale. The League will not
do the layout or paste-up for any team. However, we would like the ad pages to look neat and professional
with clearly printed wording and clear photos.
Camera Ready ads in PDF format, grey scale, must be submitted by email to
leaguerep@bsrswim.org by
Monday July 10th.
Check should be made payable to the Benicia Stingrays Swim Team and placed in the black Stingray Mailbox on the Family Folder Cart or you can pay via Paypal at treasurer@bsrswim.org
