IMPORTANT: League Meet Updates and Volunteer Signups

Hi Team,

As there are a million different gears that all have to function together, there are some changes and updates to League Meet from the prior Splash that went out.

1.  **Change to Meet Start Time**   The number of swimmers this year is much larger than last year.  There is also a larger numer of aging out 18 year olds to celebrate before the meet starts.  As such, the start time of the meet has been updated to ~ 9:00AM.  Stingrays will still warmup from 7:15-7:30.  

2.  **Update on Programs**:  League Meet Programs will cost $5.  CASH ONLY.  There are limited numbers available so purchase your program early if you want one!  They will likely sell out.

3.  **Volunteer Signups are now LIVE!!!**  Sign up  ASAP.  ALL families must sign up for a shift (including 15-18 year old families, Board/Core Volunteers, Volunteer Buyouts).  We will leave signups open until midnight on Tuesday night.  If you have not picked a shift by that time, a shift will be assigned to you by our volunteer coordinators.  You must check in first thing Saturday morning with our volunteer coordinator.  No showing for your shift will result in you losing your $100 volunteer deposit, which must be repaid before you can register your swimmer for the next season.  

4. **Change to Volunteer Check In at League Meet*:  At the meet, please do NOT check in with Jennifer Smith as previously instructed.  Please check in with our regular volunteer cordinator, Wendy Buresh.  She will have a small table set up near the breakfast table for check in.
