Lapapalooza Prizes and Pleasant Hill Meet Info

Hi Team,

Lapapalooza Prize Update

• If you ordered Spirit Wear as your Lapapalooza Prize, the items have arrived.  Andrea Meaders (Josilyn's and Taylor's mom) will be at the pool Wednesday through Friday from 9:45-12:00 with your items.  Please pick them up from her as soon as possible.
• If you have other Lapapalooza prizes that you did not pick up at Family Fun Night, they are filed into the Family Folders.  

Pleasant Hill Dolfin Meet Info

Location: College Park  High School, 201 Viking Drive, Pleasant Hill (NEW LOCATION FOR THIS SEASON ONLY)

Team Camp:  

• As football practice is starting, we can not use the large grassy field attached to the field.
• If you attended Battle of the Ages, we are allowed to set up in the grassy fields within the school hallways, and also in the school hallways themselves.  This will actually be shadier and cooler than setting up on the large grassy field attached to the pool.  
• Here is the map of our camp.  Note that the map is from Battle of the Ages, so Clerk of the Course, etc is irrelevant in this case.  The only pertinent parts of this map are the pool location and the location of Stingray Camp.  

Gates open:  4:00 pm

Warm Ups: Pleasant Hill 4:30 pm, Stingrays 5:00 pm

Meet Start Time:  5:30 pm (after celebrating PHD's 4 aging out swimmers)

For Wednesday night meets, each swimmer is restricted to 2 individual events and 2 relays

Event Order:  This is a non-League meet and Pleasant Hill's League swims events in a different order than our league. The order of events will be Medley Relay, IM, Free, Breast, Back, Fly, Free Relay 

Parking:  College Park High School Main Lot

Concessions:  Snack Shack will be open, cash and credit cards are accepted

Awards:  Ribbons for 1st - 8th place will be awarded for 12 and under swimmers only.  

Warmup and Cooldown Lane is for 13 and up swimmers only.  Please do not allow your 12 and under swimmers to use the warmup/cooldown lane.
