1.     AWAY MEET VS PINOLE SEALS – WEDNESDAY, JULY 10^TH

·      Meet starts at 5pm

·      Warm Ups – guessing around 4:30 but not confirmed yet

·      Address  2450 Simas Ave, Pinole 94564

·      Take I80W,  exit Pinole Valley Rd,  left Pinole Valley Rd,  Left Simas Rd.   Parking lot is .2 mile on right.

2.     ECI

·      Meet Sheet will be posted on the ECI page later this week .  I’ll send out an newsflash when ready.

·      Volunteer roster will also be posted later in the week.  Remember, you will be assigned to work each day your child swims.

·      ECI relays are posted on the ECI page.  Swimmers are only entered in relays if they are also swimming an individual event the same day

3.     FINAL CHANCE FOR TEAM T-SHIRT           

·      Robert Freeman will be placing 1 last order for team t-shirts.  If you did not receive your white team Stingray t-shirt, please contact Robert ASAP at rknfreeman@comcast.net

4.     THANKS COACHES for a fun 3^rd of July parade.  It was nice to represent the team with 40+ of our kids.

ANTIOCH WATER PARK– NO PRACTICE Friday, July 12^th.  Meet us at James Lemos at 10am or at Antioch Water Park at 11am.  Details under  Events & Jobs

·      SPIRIT FRIDAY – Friday, July 19^th.  Come early to practice or stay a little later.  We’ll be making spirit posters to hang at our first Tri Meet the next morning.

·      PADDOCK BOWL – Friday, August 2^nd.  Meet at James Lemos at 12:30 or Paddock Bowl in Pacheco.
