HERE'S A FEW BITS AND PIECES FOR YOU!

1.  SCOTTSDALE INVITIATIONAL THIS WEEKEND

• For those entered into Scottsdale this weekend, please take a look at the Scottsdale page under Events & Jobs to see the volunteer list as well as warm up details and other general info.

2.  FUN FRIDAY AT PADDOCK BOWL - this Friday, August 2nd.  

• Meet at James Lemos at 12:30 or at Paddock Bowl in Pacheco at 1pm.  This is your chance to school your coaches!!!  
• Cost - $6 for shoes and 2 games
• FUN FUN FUN - FREE!!!!!

3.  RESULTS AWAY TRI MEET VS AQUAKNIGHTS & DANA HILLS

• Not sure if this ever went through successfully on Monday so in case you haven't seen the results, here they are -  Results     Loads of personal best times.  Well done Stingrays, that was one competitive meet.

4.  MARK YOUR CALENDARS

• STINGRAYS AWARDS CEREMONY - SUNDAY, AUGUST 18TH, 2PM - 4PM
• ice cream, toppings, awards, slideshows and a HUGE THANKYOU to parents, swimmers and coaches
