REGISTRATION FOR 2014
Registration for RETURNING families will begin January 25th, 2014.
Registration for NEW families will begin February 15th, 2014.
A returning family is any family who participated as either a Stingray swim team member or a Summer Fitness member.
SWIM TEAM
Registration for the 2014 season will be done ONLINE on the following dates:
Returning Swimmers - 01/25/14 - 07/01/14 (PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNING 2013 SWIM TEAM & SUMMER FITNESS SWIMMERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 2014 SWIM TEAM SIGN UP)
New Swimmers - 02/15/14 - 07/01/14
There is a limit of 25 swimmers per gender age group.
Registration Fees for 2014 swim season INCLUDE fees for swimming at the end of year League meet:
- 1 Child - $310/ Swimmer
- Additional Swimmers per family $275 / swimmer
- U15 - U18 $100 /swimmer
A $100 volunteer work deposit per family is required unless already on file OR swimmers are 15-18yrs old.
Each family is required to fulfill a 30 point volunteer commitment. If you do not want to volunteer, you may "Buy Out" your units for $300.
Registration is complete only once payment is received by Benicia Stingrays, and Membership has activated your swimmer.

SUMMER FITNESS
WHAT IS IT? This program is for those interested in joining our regular swim team but don't want to swim in meets. This program allows swimmers to participate fully in every aspect of the team—daily practices, and social events such as: Family Fun Night, Lapapalooza, coach outings, Awards Ceremony, etc. The exception is swimmers will not attend regular dual meets. Any Summer Fitness swimmer can swim at time trials and all invitationals.
Summer Fitness practices begin on the first day of the Summer Practice Schedule - Monday, June 9th
Registration fee for the 2014 season is $240 / swimmer
A $100 volunteer work deposit per family is required.
Each family is required to fulfill a 10 point volunteer commitment. If you do not want to volunteer, you may "Buy Out" your units for $200.
Registration is complete only once payment is received by Benicia Stingrays, and Membership has activated your swimmer.

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
If a swimmer decides not to swim for the given season and a registration refund is requestedbefore Time Trials, a 50% refund will be made. No refunds will be made after time trials.
Any cancelations prior to the start of the given season will be charged a $25 processing fee per swimmer.
Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee
