Thanks for your patience this past week.  We are back up and running and got lots of information for you to put on your calendarsJ

 

1.MEET RESULTS

Meet results for both last Saturday’s meet vs Ahi & Vista Diablo PLUS Wednesday nights meet vs Pinole are now up on the MEET RESULTS page of the website under the EVENTS tab.

 

2.MEET SHEET – AWAY MEET VS HERCULES, SATURDAY, JUNE 21st

  • Meet Sheet should be posted by 6pm tomorrow night.  Please check the EVENTS page or NEWS page.
  • Warm ups are 8:00am – 8:20am
  • Meet starts 8:30am sharp
  • Hercules address and team bio are on the EVENTS page and on the TEAM BIOS page under our TEAM INFO tab
  • There is still a job available for ribbons if you need units.  Please email Carrie Todd at Volunteers@bsrswim.org if you’re interested

 

3.LAPAPALOOZA – NEXT WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25th

  • 5:00pm – 7:30pm
  • 100% of proceeds support Stingrays
  • LOADS OF INCREDIBLE PRIZES
  • $2/slice pizza
  • 50/50 raffle
  • Guessing Jar
  • FORMS, FLYERS and PLEDGE SHEETS are in your family folders at the pool or you can find them under the Lapapalooza Events page at bsrswim.org

4.PICTURES

  • If you didn’t pick up your pictures last night, they’ll be in your family folders at the pool each day.

 

5.3rd of JULY TORCHLIGHT PARADE

  • please let us know if you plan on walking in the 3rd of July parade.  We had a blast last year and this year we’ll be carrying 2 large Stingray windsocks.  Sign up on the Events page if you’ll be joining us

7.LEAGUE MEET, SATURDAY AUGUST 2ND

  • We know it’s early but we want to remind you that you already paid for entry into the end of year LEAGUE MEET.  We’d like to know if you are comingJ  Please use the sign in method to indicate whether you plan on coming to league.  Actual event sign up will come later in July.

 

8.DEADLINE REMINDER

  • Deadline for next Saturday’s Away meet vs Crockett is this Sunday, June 21st.  No late requests for sign up will be considered so don’t miss out.
