Hi Stingrays,
Please click on the below link to view the Time Trials Meet Sheet. Please make note of what stroke, event and heat your swimmer is in. I suggest you print out a copy of the meet sheet and bring it with you to Time Trials.
If you have any questions,the FAQ's Tab on our home screen has information that will help you understand a meet sheet, how to label your swimmer's hand as well as what is good to bring with you for a meet.
Board Members will be wearing RED Stingrays Shirts and can help you with anything you might need.
