Here are some upcoming reminders for you all!

 

Team Suits and Personalized Caps

  • Hopefully your swimmers made it out to try on their suits this week.  Just a reminder that the suits and personalized caps order deadlines for this batch of suits, guaranteed to arrive for team photos and Time Trials, are on Sunday, March 31st.  Here is the link to the suits information and the caps information.  

 

Practice Starts on Monday, April 8th

  • We have finally made it to the best time of the year--swim season!!!
  • Practice will begin on Monday, April 8th.  Please be patient in the first couple of weeks as the coaches will be getting to know the kids, sorting out the varying abilites of the swimmers, and teaching the drills etc to some swimmers who have never done them before.  Everything always settles down after the first 2-3 weeks and the swimmers and coaches will really get into a groove.  
  • Please use the time over spring break to make sure you have everything your swimmer will need for practice.  Here is the link to the suggested swim gear for practice.  
  • As a reminder, here are the Spring practice times.  Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so your swimmer has time to get prepared and in the water on time:  
    • Monday through Thursday​​
    • 6/unders:  4:00-4:30 pm
    • 7/8:  4:30-5:15 pm
    • 9/10:  5:15-6:15 pm
    • 11/12:  5:30-7:00 pm
    • 13-18:  5:30-7:00 pm
    • No practice Monday, May 27th in honor of Memorial Day

 

Save the Date

  • Our Season Opening Pool Party will take place at the Southamptom Swim Club on Sunday, April 28th from 11am-1pm.  
  • All swimmers and their entire family are invited to attend. 
  • Please RSVP here for how many from your family will be present so that we can order enough DONUTS for everyone! 
  • If you are able, on the same signup genius RSVP, please sign up to donate a small item--thank you!
  • The pool party is a great time to meet the board members and coaches and ask them any and all questions you have.  If you are unsure how to fulfill your season volunteer requirement, we can help you with the job signups and answer any qustions regarding volunteer jobs.  
  • The Southampton Pool has a huge grass area so bring blankets, towels, and chairs to relax.  Bring a picnic lunch to hang out with your swim family!
