Hello ECI Families,

Here are your final updates.  Thank you Krista Heredia for coordinating this meet and communicating countless emails with ECI to ensure everything goes smoothly for our team!  Please find the Volunteer Schedule at the end of this Splash.

9 teams will be participating with over 1000 swimmers

Meet Program

  • The program will be available for purchase at the meet
  • The meet entries are already posted to Meet Mobile

 

Camp and Pool Deck

  • Camp info is not released yet.  I will send out something if it becomes available.  Otherwise, show up and look for the team!  
  • The Pool Deck is for Coaches and Junior coaches only.  Each team is allowed one 10 x 10 popup on the pool deck.  

 

Pool Deck Instructions

  • Designated Walkways: These are clearly marked for swimmers from Clerk of the Course to the 8/under blocks
  • Gate Access:  Both gates open for entry and exit; maintain smooth foot traffic
  • Viewing:  Spectating is allowed from the scoreboard side for 9 and older events; this area must be cleared after the 15-18 events.
  • Walkways:  No families are allowed on the pool deck, grass area, or behind the blocks
  • Photography:  No video or photography from behind the blocks

 

Schedule

  • Saturday:  Approximately 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Sunday:  Approximately 9:00 AM - 4:00  PM
    • Polywog Races:  Sunday Morning
    • Duck Derby will occur after Sunday's events
    • Coach and Parent Relays after Sunday's events and Duck Derby.  Coaches and parents bring your suits because we may need you!!!!  
    • Awards:  Will occur near the snack bar area, about 30 minutes after the last event on Sunday

  • Register before the weekend if you are interested in action photos of your swimmer with  Zoom Photography

Volunteer Schedule

  • Here are the Stingray Volunteer Assignments along with all of the meet information.  
  • Please check in with Krista Heredia upon arrival to camp on whatever day(s) you are scheduled to volunteer.
  • Failure to check in and complete your shift will result in $150 being charged to the credit card on file.  It will also cause stress to the entire team camp on what is to be a long and hot weekend.  Please don't fail to complete your shift.  
  • Here is the Master Stroke and Turn Schedule.  Thank you Gabe Salindong, Christina Mills, and Dave Patten for stepping up and judging for our team this weekend!  You all are doing double duty and we appreciate you!!!
