Early Bird Registration, Treasurer Wanted!!!

Hi Team,

 

We hope you are all well and getting ready for the best time of the year---swim season!!!

Here are two quick updates:

 

Early Bird Registration

  • Registration for Spring/Summer 2025 will open to returning families only on February 1, 2025 at 9:00am. 
  • Discounted Early Bird registration will stay open for two weeks and then registration will increase to the full price on February 16, 2025. 
  • There will be no fee increases from last year for the upcoming season!  
  • Early Bird registration will be $425 for 4-14 year olds and $250 for 15/ups.  Regular registration will be $475 for 4-14 year olds and stay at $250 for 15/ups.  
  • If your volunteer deposit is not current, you will be required to pay any owed fees and to put down a new volunteer deposit in order to register.  The volunteer deposit is $150.  
  • We are actively planning practice times and the website will be updated with this informatoin before registration opens.  
  • The tentative meet schedule is already posted on the website.  We expect all Stingrays to compete in as many meets as possible.  Please keep your calendar clear for League Championship Meet on Saturday, July 26th.  We request that all families participate in League Championships. 
  • Registration for 6/unders will be limited to 30 swimmers and 7/8's will be limited to 40 swimmers.  

 

Treasurer Needed

  • We are looking to add a second treasurer to our board.  It's a big job for one person to handle so we would like to offer Eli Gelardin, our current treasurer, an assistant.  
  • Ideally we would like someone proficient in Quick Books.

  • Serving on the board is a great way to contribute to the team, have a say in team management and functions, and fulfill your volunteer requirement for the season (outside of volunteering at invitational meets and League/County Meets).
