Important Team Photo Information **NEW INFO**
Hi Stingray Families,
As we head into meet season, the NewsSplashes will become more frequent as we will have many updates to give and deadlines to meet!
Team Photos
- Date: Friday, May 16th
- Time: 4 PM
- Location: James Lemos Pool Deck
1. Order envelopes will be in the family folders on deck today. For families planning to purchase team and/or individual photos, please fill out the hard copy order forms (even if pre-paying online as it is the photographers way of identifying the frame number for printing purposes) and bring it with you on the day of the photo shoot as this will be given to the photographer. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM IN ADVANCE TO MAKE THE LINE MOVE QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY!
2. The online pre-pay link is below and is now open. The pre-pay link will be open for 48 hours after the photo shoot. If you decide to purchase photos after the photo shoot, please ensure your swimmer is present for the team and individual photos as there will be no make-ups. If you do not use the pre-pay link, the photographer will accept exact cash or checks on photo day placed in the order form envelope.
3. Team t-shirts will be worn for the team photo and will be distributed on photo day. Please show up on time in order to pick up your swimmer's shirt for the team photo. The team photo will be taken at the beginning of the photo shoot. If your swimmer does not take an individual photo, they may leave after the team photo. Individual photos are typically taken in the team suit (but any suit of your choice is fine.)
