Mini Practice Meet Reminder

• Practice for 8 and Unders on Monday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 14th will have mini mock meets for our swimmers
• Parents, please come and be as loud and cheerful as possible during the mini meets.  We want our littlest swimmers to understand what it feels like to swim in a meet environment--there are beeps and whistles and cheers and screaming. This can be scary for them, so we need to desensitive them to it now!
• If we are able to set up our timing system, we may ask some of you to serve as timers as well--this is good practice for our newbie families!

Team Suits

• Team Suits have been shipped directly to your house and, fingers crossed, should be arriving early next week.  Please be on the look out for the deliveries!!!  

Time Trials Registration Deadline

• This is your final reminder to register for Time Trials.  The deadline is TOMORROW!!!

• Remember, if you signed up for a volunteer shift, you must show up on time and check in.  Failure to do so will cost you your $150 volunteer deposit, which will automatically be charged to the credit card we have on file.

Snack Bar

• Thank you for supporting the Stingrays and visiting our snack bar when it is open!
• This is just advanced notice that the snack bar will be closed on Thursday, May 22nd as most of our volunteer parents will be attending the elementary school Open Houses.
