Otters' Deadline is Tomorrow, Core Volunteers Still Needed

Otters' 8 and Under Registration Deadline 

Reminder that TOMORROW, Thursday, May 15th by 6:00pm is the last day to submit registration forms for Otters' 8 and Under Invitational.  No late forms will be accepted! 

 

Core Volunteers Still Needed:  These will both fulfilly our entire volunteer requirement for the summer (with the exception of invitationals, league, and county meet if your swimmer participates in any of these meets.)

  • ​6/Under Boys Shepherd:  Help organize the 6/under boys at swim meets and get them to the correct lanes for their events.
  • Snack Bar Coordinator for Summer:  
    • ​We have a spring snack bar coordinator and are looking for someone to run the snack bar during the summer only. 
    • Open and run the snack bar on two consistent days per week, from 10:30am-12:30pm. 
    • Set up and take down the snack bar at home meets (there is only one on Saturday, July 19) 
    • You are not responsible for being at the snack bar during swim meet hours.
    • Food ordering and purchasing are not your responsibility.
