Time Trials Meet Sheet

  • Here is the final Time Trials Meet Sheet!!!
  • On the meet sheet, note that the combined events are outlined in red.  Don't miss a race because of a combined event!  
  • If you did not register your swimmer for Time Trials, it is too late, and they can not be added now.

  • Remember to show up for your volunteer shift.  Failure to show up will result in your credit card on file being charged $150 (the amount of your volunteer deposit).  Remember to check in with the volunteer coordinators, Wendy and Krista, by 8:00am if you have a volunteer shift.  They will be at the volunteer check-in table (where the two legs of the grass intersect).  
  • If you are part of meet set up, enter via the side gate at 6:30am and check in with Leslie Clements, meet director.

  • Remember that Time Trials is fun.  It is to get the athletes' base times for the season.  They will only get faster from here.  Be positive and full of cheer and leave the coaching to the coaches.  
  • We have a couple of additions to our shepherding team, who will efficiently help us get the littlest Stingrays to their lanes.
    • 6/Under Girl Shepherd:  Lesley Moa-Langi and Carla Goad
    • 6/Under Boys Shepherd:  Janice Yee and Kathrine Roldan (filling in until we get a permanent shepherd)
    • 7/8 Girls Shepherd:  Kristina Wright and Monica Carlisle​
    • 7/8 Boys Shepherd:  Colleen Cosgrove and Spencer/Janelle Kettrick

 

Team Swim Caps

  • Every team suit ordered came with a team cap.  Except Q Swimwear forgot to send the caps.  Q is now sending the caps to us in a bulk shipment, and we will distribute them on the pool deck once they arrive.  

 

Team Photos

  • Finally don't forget team photos are tomorrow, May 16th, beginning at 4:00pm at the pool.
  • If you plan to order individual photos, PLEASE fill out your order form in advance.  You MUST fill out an order form even if you prepay online.  Order forms were placed in your family folders.  Here is all of the Picture Day Information.
