We hope you all enjoyed family time over the long weekend!  Now it's back to business!!

 

Meet Registration Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline for the Aquaknights Away Meet (Saturday, June 7th) is Saturday, May 31st
  • Registration Deadline for the Ygnacio Woods Away Meet (Wednesday, June 11th) is Wednesday, June 4th.  
  • Registration Deadline for Battle of the Ages (Saturday, June 28-Sunday, June 29) is Monday, June 9th.  Batte of the Ages is an invitational and has a different registration process.  Find the registration form and all of the Battle Info Here
  • No late adds will be allowed for any meets!!!

 

Otters' 8/Under Invitational

Find all of the Otters' information below.  Included in this info is a link to the volunteer assignments.  Remember that if you no show on your volunteer assignment, we will charge the credit card on file $150 so just show up please! 

Date and Time

  • Date:  Sunday, June 1st, 2025
  • Gates Open:  7:30AM
  • Warmups:  Benicia will warmup from 7:40-7:50 in lanes 5-8
  • Meet starts:  8:30
  • Meet Ends:  ~11:30, usually earlier than this

 

Location

  • Rankin Aquatic Center
  • 100 Buckley Street in Martinez

 

Team Camp:  

  • Benicia shares space with Crocket Swim Team, Pinole Seals, and Orinda Country Club.  Please do not set up in another team's area. It is a small space for many teams.  Show up early to secure a spot in the Stingray designated area.  It is a fast meet, so it is not a big deal if you can't set up a tent.

  • ALL tents must be anchored or tethered due to high winds.  
  • The play pool, diving well, and shallow entry steps are off limits to swimmers.  

 

​Volunteer Assignments

  • Here are the volunteer job assignments.  Any member of your family (15 years of age or older) may work your shift.  If you have questions about your assignment before meet day, please contact Krista Heredia at krista.heredia@gmail.com, or by cell at (925) 899-1034
  • Meet day:  Please check in with Jeanne (Taylor and Josilyn Meaders' Grandma) once you arrive at the pool to confirm your job.
  • We will charge the credit card on file $150 for a no show!  If a last-minute emergency comes up, please text Jeanne Woodford at 708-853-0928 to make arrangements and to avoid the no show fee.
