Lapapalooza

  • This is our biggest fundraiser of the year!!
  • Date: Tuesday, June 24th, during practice hours
  • Get pledges, swim as many laps as possible, eat donuts, earn prizes, and raise money for the team!!!

  • Also please commit your swimmer on our website if they will participate and knock out one of your volunteer jobs by signing up for a shift!  

 

Spirit Wear Orders

  • Most of our Spirit Wear has arrived.  
  • Please pick up your items ASAP from the family folder cart during practice.  Items are sorted and in labeled bags.  
  • Hats have not yet arrived and there are a handful of missing items that will be arriving soon.

 

Knightrays Teen Spirit Group:  Important for our 13-18 year Old Swimmers!!!

  • The Knightrays were started by Coach Mariska several years ago and consist of our 13 and up swimmers.
  • They are a spirit group designed to promote team unity and fun! 
  • The Knightrays meet weekly (usually on Thursday) at various family's houses to make good luck posters for all of our 12 and under swimmers competing at League Meet (shhhh it's supposed to be a secret for the 12/unders, but they all know it's happening by this point.)
  • If you and your 13 and up swimmer would like to receive Remind communications regarding the Knightrays, join one of two ways.  It is helpful if both parents and swimmer join the class to receive communicatoins!  
  • The first meeting will be at the Magno house on Thursday, June 12th from 4:00-6:00.  They will have a lot of posters to make in a short time so we need all hands on deck!  Address will be provided via Remind.  
  • All poster supplies will be provided. 
  • If you and your 13/up swimmer would like to host a Thursday meeting at your house, please reply to this email or send a message via Remind once you have joined.  
  • Once we have taken off, Evan Magno will be handling the Remind communications and updates.
