Here is the Meet Info for tomorrow's meet.  We do not have the meet program yet.  It will be sent out as soon as we receive it.  

 

Date:  Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Location:  Ygnacio Woods Swim Club, 3124 San Gabriel Drive, Concord, CA

Parking:  Neighborhood parking, do not block driveways!

Team Camp:

  • Stingrays:  Poolside, near the toddler pool (toddler pool is closed)
  • Ygnacio Woods:  Behind the blocks

Warmups

  • Home Team:  4:15 (30 minutes)
  • Stingrays: 4:45 (30 minutes)

Meet Starts:  5:30 PM

  • This is a non-league meet.  Their order of events is 50 free (15-18), Medley Relay, IM, Freestyle, Breast, Back, Fly, Free Relay
  • Wednesday meets typically limit swimmers to two individual events and two relays.
  • 8/unders start their race from the deep end blocks.  Timers will rotate for the 8/under events (not including IM).  
  • No ribbons for 13+ swimmers
  • They have Time Drops Live

 

Volunteer:  Check in with Wendy Buresh and Krista Heredia upon arrival at the pool.  As always, a no-show will result in $150 being charged to the credit card we have on file.  

Snack Shack:  Yes, they have one

Shepherds:  Parents of 8/unders, please help our shepherds by getting your swimmers to them about 15 minutes before your swimmer's event is about to start.  It is not the shepherd's job to hunt down your swimmer for their events.  Parents and Swimmers 9/up, it is your job to get to the blocks on time.
