We don't have the meet program yet.  I promise I will send it out as soon as we get it.  

 

Don't forget to sign up for the Hercules meet by Saturday, June 14th!  No late adds will be allowed!  

 

Volunteers for Ahi Meet

  • We have 3 volunteer jobs that must get filled.  Please sign up to work a shift if you are able!

 

Ahi Meet Information:  Here is the meet information so you can plan your Saturday morning!  

Location:  American Canyon High School, 3000 Newell Drive, American Canyon, CA 94503

Date:  Saturday, June 14, 2025

Meet Time:  8:30-1:00pm

Doors open:  7:15AM

Benicia Warmups:  8:00-8:25AM

Team Camp:  Two basketball courts outside of the pool fence area (Stingrays has the football field side; Ahi has the 2 courts on the school building side)

Volunteers:  Check in with Volunteer Coordinators Wendy Buresh or Krista Heredia.  Any no shows will have $150 charged to the credit card we have on file.  

Snack Bar:  Open 8am to noon with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks

Shepherds:  Parents of 8/unders, please help our shepherds by getting your swimmers to them about 15 minutes before your swimmer's event is about to start.  It is no the shepherd's job to hunt down your swimmer for their events.  Parents and Swimmers 9/up, it is your job to get to the blocks on time.
