Battle of the Ages Background Checks

  • Thank you to those of you who quickly got your background checks completed.  So far we have all passed.  Yay!
  • If you have not started the process of your background check, please do so as soon as possible so we can all check this item off of our to do list.  Thanks!

 

Battle of the Ages Volunteer Assignments

  • If you are going to Battle, please review the volunteer assignments.  If you can not work your assigned shift, please first try to find someone to swap with you.  If you swap, email Jill Magno at beniciastingrays@bsrswim.org with the swap.  If you can not find someone to swap with you, email Jill and let her know.
  • The volunteer assignments were intentionally made such that first shift timers have older swimmers in the early morning events and late shift timers have younger swimmers in the final event (the oldest athletes compete first and the youngest athletes swim last)
  • If I missed you and you are going to Battle and do not have an assigned job, please let me know so we can fix that problem.  

 

Snack Bar Schedule Update

  • Our Snack Bar will officially be open every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in June. 
  • We are working on having it open every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in July if we can find staffing

 

Pizza Friday!

  • This Friday, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm, we will have pizza for sale at $4 per slice!!!  "What's for lunch?" is solved for Friday!!!

 

Private One On One Lessons With Our Junior Coaches

  • The lessons have very quickly filled up. We only have a few spots left.  Visit our Sign Up Genius for lesson details!  Thanks to Claire, Conor, and Ava for stepping up to coach these private lessons!  

 

ECI

  • If you plan to attend ECI, please register as soon as possible.  While it is not required to register before the deadline, and applications will be accepted up until June 27th, it is extremely helpful to have the entries early if possible.  Once the deadline hits, we have to process the entries immediately. Thanks for your help!

 

Hercules Dream Bowlz

  • Just a heads up that all purchases of Dream Bowlz must be made in advance for the Hercules Meet.  They will not take any orders at the meet itself so place your orders!  

 

Lapapalooza

  • Keep getting those pledges for our biggest fundraiser of the season!
  • Here is all of the Lapapalooza information.  Don't forget to get $100 in pledges before June 18th to be entered into a drawing for fun gift cards!
