Lapapalooza Prize Sheets

• Don't forget to submit your prize sheets by Thursday, July 3rd to the Meaders Family Folder to get your prizes ASAP!  
• If you do not submit the prize sheets by the deadline, your swimmer will be significantly delayed in receiving their prize for all of their hard work!  Late order prizes will be distributed at the Awards Ceremony at the end of August.  

ECI Volunteer Shifts

• Just to prepare our families, we will likely need families to volunteer for a 2 hour shift on every day that their swimmer is competing at ECI.  If your swimmer is only participating in one day, you will obviously not be asked to volunteer on a day that  swimmer is not swimming.  We will likely be required to fill 3 timer chairs all weekend and we can only fulfill this requirement if all familes work all of the days that their swimmer is competing.  
• The Stingray volunteer shifts will be announced once ECI finalizes our assignments.

**League Meet Registration Deadline--Important**

• Register your swimmer for League Championship Meet now!  The deadline is July 11th, and this is a FIRM deadline.  Absolutely no late adds will be allowed.  
• League Meet is our championship meet.  We will compete against the four other teams in our league in an all-day event (from about 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
• Preliminary information for League Meet is available on our website here.  Many of these details are from 2024 as the 2025 details are not finalized, but this gives you an idea of how the day will run.  

July 3rd Torchlight Parade

• The city is still finalizing details, but plan on meeting towards the end of First Street around 6:00pm on Thursday, July 3rd.  
• Final details should be available tomorrow.
