Free Swim Caps

  • If you STILL haven't received your free team cap (and your purchased your team suit online this year), the caps will be in a labeled box near the family folder cart starting on Monday.  
  • Please do not take one if you already took one or you did not purchase a new full price team suit this year from the Q website. 

 

League Program Ad Sales​

The League is selling ad space in the League Meet Program to individual families to allow them to wish their swimmer good luck!  The swimmers have worked so hard through the entire season and this is your chance to congratulate them and make them feel special on the day of the big meet!!!  

 
Spaces are sold as follows:
 
    Full Page    (7 - 1/2" wide x 10" tall)             $75
    Half Page   (7 - 1/2" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall)       $40
    1/4 Page    (3 - 5/8" wide x 4 - 7/8" tall)       $25
    1/8 Page    (3 - 5/8" wide x 2 - 3/8" tall)       $15
 
You must leave 1/2" margin around the page for printing.  Please make sure the ad copy is appropriate for all.
Pages must be COMPLETELY CAMERA READY AND IN PDF FORMAT, grey scale.  The League will not
do the layout or paste-up for any team.  However, we would like the ad pages to look neat and professional
with clearly printed wording and clear photos.
 
Camera Ready ads in PDF format, grey scale, must be submitted by email to  leaguerep@bsrswim.org by Monday, July 14th.
 
Pay via Zelle at treasurer@bsrswim.org   (please specify your name and "league meet ad", along with ad page size reqested in the payment details). 
 
Private Lessons Raffle Winners!!!
  • Thank you Coaches Steve and Miguel!  We had a GREAT turnout for the first raffle.  Sale for the next raffle will begin on Monday with the drawing held on Friday!
