Don't forget that in addition to the snack bar and food truck, we will have Jamba Juice Breakfast Acai Bowls for $15. The team receives a good percentage of every bowl purchased! The toppings are customizable to your liking!
Location: James Lemos Pool, 181 East J Street, Benicia
Gates Open: Saturday, July 19th at 7:30 AM
All families (except Stingray Families directly involved with meet set up) must enter through the front lobby doors on East J Street to then enter via the locker rooms. Do not enter through the side gate unless you have a specific job for meet set up. If you are part of Set Up/Take Down Crew, please arrive at 6:30 AM and enter through the side gate attached to the parking lot. Check in with Meet Directors Leslie Clements and Kim Patten immediately. Please remember that children are not allowed on the pool deck until the tarps have been fully removed from the pools. Do not have your children with you when you enter at 6:30.
Warm Ups: Stingrays 7:45-8:05 AM, Pinole 8:05-8:25 AM
Meet Time: 8:30AM - 12:30pm
Team Camps: Stingrays set up on the long leg of the grass (north end); Visiting team sets up on the short leg of the grass (west end). Please be a good host and do not encroach in to Crockett's designated camp.
Volunteer Check In: All Stingray Volunteers must check in with Volunteer Coordinators Wendy Buresh and Krista Heredia to get credit for hours served. Please check in by 8:00AM at the volunteer table (where the two legs of the grass "L" come together.) Failure to check in and complete your volunteer shift will result in a $150 fee charged to the credit card on file.
Snack Bar and Food Truck: Snack Bar will be open. We will have a food truck. We will have Jamba Juice bowls!
Meet program: Here it is! Please note all relays are combined and events 37/38 and 47/48 are combined!!!
Time Drops Live: Don't forget to have the Time Drops Live app downloaded to your phone for real time results. The passcode for the meet is 1234.
