League Meet Warmups

Thank you for making this last week of practice such a fun and spirited week!  Thank you to the entire team for giving our coaches some well deserved love and thanks for the hard work that they have put in this season. The generosity of our families never ceases to amaze us!  

And thank you to the Knightrays for making their fun deliveries to our 12/unders yesterday!

All of the League Meet Info has already been sent out.

One slight update to the League info is that with such an early warmup time (7:15 AM), Coach Steve feels it is better if the 8/unders do not warm up in the pool.  He will do a dry land warm up with the 8/unders, and anyone else who misses regular warmups, at 7:45 AM.  

Don't forget Round Table After Party at 5:30 PM Saturday for a buy your own pizza celebration!  If League ribbons and medals are available, your swimmer can pick them up.  If not available or you do not come, you can get them at the Awards Ceremony on Sunday, August 24th.
