Awards Ceremony Reminder!

Great first week of Fall Swim Stingrays!

Just a quick reminder that this Sunday, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM is our annual Awards Ceremony and Ice Cream (and Lumpia) Social at the Clocktower.  Thankfully it looks like we are past the bulk of the recent heat wave so it shouldn't be too hot inside the facility!  

Here is a link to the signup genius if you would like to donate an item for the Sundae Bar.  We still need an ice chest with ice, water, and cherries!  

A huge thank you to the Ambrose family for donating lumpia for all to share!

Please stay for the duration of the event.  The age group awards and coaches' awards are given out at the end of the ceremony so you don't want your swimmer to miss out if they are receiving one of these awards!  

Remember if you are signed up to assist with cleanup to check in when you arrive for your shift AND check out with the volunteer coordinators before you leave.  They will guide you in what needs to be completed in order for you to get credit for your shift.  

As a final reminder, please verify all of your required volunteer shifts (meets and socials) have been fulfilled.  If they have not been fulfilled, please email volunteer@bsrswim.org and discuss with our volunteer coordinators, Wendy and Krista.  After the Awards Ceremony, we will charge the credit card on file for all families who have missed shifts over the course of the season.
