Monster Splash Volunteer Jobs

Hi Stingray Families,

The volunteer jobs for the Monster Splash Invitational are posted on the website.  Please sign up for a job ASAP (just as you would for a regular summer meet).  All participating families should take a shift.  If your swimmer is committed to the meet and you have not signed up for a job by Friday, a job will be assigned to you.

The other participating teams will cover all of the timing shifts.  The available jobs for the Stingrays include the "other" positions, such as Head Timer, pumpkin decorating, and snack bar.  

Please be flexible on the day of the meet, as this is only our second time hosting this event.  We may re-assign you to a different job on Sunday if needed.  The shifts are all short, and the meet will go fast, so nothing should be stressful or difficult. 

Please remember to check in with our volunteer coordinators at their tent as soon as you arrive on deck (where the two legs of the grass "L" come together).
