Benicia Stingrays Team and Individual Photo Shoot

1. Order envelopes will be available in the family folders on deck starting Monday, May 11th. Family Folders are in a rolling cart placed on the pool deck daily. Hard copy handouts and meet awards are filed in your folder as the season progresses. If your family plans to purchase team and/or individual swim photos, please complete the order envelope and bring it with you on photo day, as it will be given to the photographer. Even if you prepay online, you still need to complete the order form, as the photographer uses it to match each swimmer’s frame number for printing.
2. The online pre-pay link is below and is now open. The link will remain available for 48 hours after the photo shoot. If you decide to purchase photos later, please ensure your swimmer is present for both the team and individual photos, as there will be no make-up sessions. If you choose not to use the pre-pay link, the photographer will also accept exact cash or checks on photo day when submitted in the order form envelope.

3. Please have your swimmer(s) wear their team suit if they have one. If not, a blue or black suit would be preferred, if possible.
4. Team t-shirts for the team photo will be handed out on photo day when your swimmer(s) check in. Please arrive on time so your swimmer can receive their shirt and participate in the team photo, which will take place near the beginning of the session. If your swimmer is not taking individual photos, they may leave after the team photo is finished.
5. While we wait for all swimmers and coaches to arrive for the team photo, the photographer will begin taking individual and small-group photos. If you plan to participate, please line up in the designated area before the team photo session begins. Please have your order envelope completed and ready to give to the photographer when your photo is taken, as it will be used to identify your photos in the photographer’s camera roll. Numbered tickets will be provided to hold your place in line during team photos, so you won’t need to wait the entire time.
6. Once all swimmers and coaches have arrived, volunteers will help organize the swimmers into height-based lines for team photos. After the team photos are completed, our photographer will resume taking individual and small-group photos in the order indicated by the numbered tickets that were distributed earlier to hold each swimmer’s place in line.
Parent Volunteers — volunteers assisting with team photo setup and takedown, team T-shirt distribution, traffic control, and photo line support — please arrive at the James Lemos pool deck at 3:45 PM to check in and receive a brief orientation. Failure to show up for your scheduled shift results in a $150 charge to the credit card on file.
