Team Photos

  • Don't forget, Team and Individual Photos are tomorrow.
  • Here is all of the Picture Day Information
  • Please remember to fill out your order form in advance.  Even if you pay online, you still need a physical order envelope filled out with your information.  Do not wait until you are next in line to start filling out your envelope!

Stroke and Turn Judge Shirts

  • If you are a trained meet official, you can pick up your stroke and turn shirt at Team Photos or Time Trials.
  • Thank you to our judging team for filling this critical volunteer role!

Time Trials

  • Don't forget that we will have many options to feed you, so come hungry and support us!
    • Stingray Snack Bar
      • The Snack Bar will be at every home meet with all of our usual snacks and drinks!  We will also have hot Starbucks coffee, Cake Pops, and donuts/banana bread for breakfast on Saturday!
      • Beginning next week, the Snack Bar will also be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Spring Practice.
    • Jamba Juice
      • Support Jamba Juice and purchase a bowl or a smoothie!  A portion of every purchase goes to the team!
      • Jamba Juice is extremely supportive of both the Stingrays and the BHS Swim Team, so show them some love!
    • Food Truck
      • Visit the food truck, accessible through the back gate (behind the volunteer tent in the back corner of the grass)
  • Here is all of the Time Trials Information
  • If you bring a tent, remember to bring stakes or weights.  It may be a little breezy in the morning.
  • Before you get the meet sheet, please remember a few rules
    • Photography:  No photography or video is allowed behind the blocks, per USA swimming regulations.   Photos must be from the side or the opposite end of the pool.
    • Responsibility: Swimmers and guardians are responsible for getting swimmers to the shepherds and/or the blocks.  Coaches and shepherds do not have time to hunt down your swimmer.
    • Parent Roles:  Please be positive and encouraging and leave the coaching to the coaches!  If a problem arises, please address it with the ADULT coaches.
    • Etiquette:  Please keep an eye on your swimmers and swimmer siblings.  This includes the locker rooms!  Please clean up your area before leaving for the day!
  • And here is the Meet Program!
  • If you are new, here is How To Read a Meet Sheet!
