Aquaknights Meet

Date:  Saturday, June 6, 2026

Time  

• Gates open at 7:45AM. 
• Team Meeting:   8:20 AM
• Stingrays will warm up from 8:30-9:00.
• The meet will run roughly from 9:05 AM-1:00 PM.

Location

• Diamond Hills Sports Club and Spa, 1510 Neroly Road in Oakley
• Please follow the signs to the east side parking lot as swimmers/families will access the pool through the side gate nearest the east parking lot (do NOT enter through the front door).
• Please make sure to park in the Club Parking Lot.  Do NOT park in the street in the adjacent neighborhood.  

Family Pool:

• All swimmers 13-18 may use the family pool to warm up before and during the meet. This pool is monitored by a volunteer of the Aquaknights swim team and works on the honor system. If a swimmer under the age of 13 uses the family pool during the meet, the pool will be closed to all swimmers for the duration of the meet.

Locker Rooms

• Restrooms for girls and boys are located in the hallway near the DHSC Kids' Zone (through the glass door) or in the pool house/storage building at the far end of the competition pool.  Children under 17 and younger are NOT allowed in the adult locker room unless accompanied by their parent/guardian.  Children 4 years and older may not use the locker room of the opposite gender. 

Team Camp: 

• Benicia should set up on the grass between the family pool and the tennis courts.  
• It can get breezy here; bring something to stake down your tent

Volunteer Information

• Remember to check in with Wendy Buresh or Krista Heredia no later than 8:30am behind the starting blocks if you are volunteering.  You must do this to get credit for your hours worked.
• If you no show for your shift, the credit card on file will automatically be billed $150 for the no show fee.  

Food:  

• There will be food available to purchase.  You may also bring your own food, just no glass bottles.  

Shepherds:  Parents of 8/unders, please help our shepherds by getting your swimmers to them about 15 minutes before your swimmer's event is about to start.  It is not the shepherd's job to hunt down your swimmer for their events.  Parents and Swimmers 9/up, it is your job to get to the blocks on time.
