Updated Pinole Seals Meet Info w/ Meet Sheet
Updates: So that we can complete as much of the meet as possible on a Wednesday evening:
- Note the change to the Stingrays' warm-up time and meet start time from what was sent out yesterday.
- All relays will be at the end of the meet (free, then medley relay).
- All events are mixed gender for each age group. Swimmers are seeded by time per age group only, not age group and gender. At the end of this message is the meet sheet and the athlete entry list. Use the athlete entry list as a quick way to find what your swimmer is competing tonight.
Location: 2450 Simas Avenue, Pinole, CA 94564
Time:
- Doors Open: 4:20 PM
- Warmups: Stingrays 4:50-5:15.
- Meet Time: 5:20-9:00 PM. This meet, in particular, can get chilly in the evening, so it is a good idea to bring warm clothes for later in on.
Team Camp:
- Home Camp: Under solar panels
- Visitor Camp area: Grassy area on side of pool
- Additional space is available to both teams just outside the gate on the field and grassy area along the walkway. Please do not block the walkway.
Snack Bar: Yes, they have one
Ribbons: 1st - 6th place for individual events; 1st-2nd for relays
Parking: Parking is available in the lot next to the pool; you may also park on the street next to the pool in the neighborhood. Please do not block driveways.
Volunteers: Make sure to check in with Wendy and Krista as soon as you arrive to the pool.
If you no show for your volunteer shift, the credit card on file will automatically be billed $150 for the no show fee
