League Meet Registration Deadline

  • League Meet is our most important meet of the season and it is quickly approaching!  We are the back to back champions so we have some business to accomplish at this meet!  
  • League is an all day championship meet on Saturday, July 25th featuring all five Tri-Valley Swim League Teams--Benicia, Crockett, Hercules, American Canyon, and Pinole,
  • You MUST register your swimmer by July 11th. Late adds can not be accommodated. 
  • All participating families will have an assigned volunteer job. This includes board members, core volunteers, and families with just 15/up swimmers.  

 

Dual Meet Registration Deadlines

  • Register for our Wednesday, July 15th meet at Pleasant Hill Dolfins by this Wednesday, July 8th
  • Register for our Saturday,  July 18th meet at Crockett by Saturday, July 11th.

 

Board Member Opening for Social Director

  • Do you like planning parties?  Do you want to have a say in how the swim team functions?  Then we have the perfect position for you!  
  • We are looking for a new Social Director to oversee our parties!  This includes the Season Opening Party, Family Fun Night, the July 3rd Parade, Spirit Week, and the Awards Ceremony.
  • The board will be happy to help ease you in and guide you along the way!  Please reply to this email if you are interested in this position!

 

End of Season Slide Show Pictures

  • Ellen Hall has been collecting pictures all season for our end of season slide show.  Please submit additional pictures on our shared google folder
  • Additionally, there is a QR code that you can scan at the snackbar and on the bulletin board if you are on the pool deck and would like to share photos.  

 

Lapapalooza Prize Sheets

  • If you have not yet turned in your prize redemption sheets for Lapapalooza, please make sure to do so!  Turn it into the black box attached to the family folder cart or hand directly to Jeanne Woodford or Andrea Meaders by July 8th!
