Race for Gold Meet, End Of Season PR Plaques, League Meet Power Breakfast

***IMPORTANT*** End of Season PR Plaques

  • If your swimmer wants an end of season plaque at the Awards Ceremony with their PR times, you MUST commit to wanting one.  Every year, we have 20+ plaques that are never claimed that we then have to hand deliver to people's homes or store in the shed for an eternity.  It is a waste of the team's money and time to deal with unwanted plaques.  
  • To request or decline a plaque, please commit on the website just as you would commit to a meet (it is titled "Personalized Plaque for Awards Ceremony"; this is separate from the actual Awards Ceremony listing.)  The deadline to commit to a plaque is July 24th.  If you do not commit yes, your swimmer will not receive a plaque.  If you do not want a plaque, please decline it; do not stay uncommitted.  
  • You can still commit to a plaque even if your swimmer is unavailable to attend the Awards Ceremony. We just want your commitment that you will in fact pick up the plaque promptly.  

 

League Meet Power Breakfast

  • We still have openings for the League Meet Power Breakfast on the Signup Genius.
  • If your swimmer is competing at League, please consider donating an item to the breakfast table.  This table feeds our swimmers for the duration of the meet for free all day.
  • Please note to not bring anything with peanuts or nut products. We do have nut allergic swimmers on the team and we want to feed everyone and keep everyone safe.  

 

Hercules Race For Gold Meet

  • If your Stingray wants one final chance to drop time for the season, or to possibly quality for County, make sure to sign up for the Hercules Race For Gold Meet.  All swimmers must be within 5 seconds of a Gold Time for whatever event they participate in.
  • Date: Sunday, July 19th
  • We are not going as a team.  If your Stingray wants to participate, it is on you (the parent and swimmer) to navigate the registration process, warmup at the pool, make it to the blocks on time, etc.  AND, this is a great way for your Stingray to get one more chance to drop time and potentially make it to County,
  • Here is all of the meet information.  When you click on the "meet information" link, it will take a second to fully load.  You will need to click on the Zeffy link within the meet information packet--once you do, you will see that you, as a parent, can register your swimmer independent from a team.  The deadline to register is Tuesday, July 14th.  

 

Race For Gold Acai Bowls

  • Pre-order Dream Bowls by Friday, July 17th at 5:00pm to have a delicous brunch waiting for you at the Race for Gold.  Bowls will be available for pickup at the meet around 9:00 AM from the snack shack
