Hercules Race For Gold Update

Great job at our last dual meet of the season today, team!

We JUST received notice from Herucules that, based on the number of Stingrays attending the meet tomorrow, we should provide one recorder, one timer, and one stroke and turn judge from 9:00-12:00.

As all entries were made by individual families on the Hercules platform, we have no visibility into who is attending this meet.  We told Hercules this, and we told them that this is a late notice to request this.

This is a heads-up that they may be asking our Stingray parents to volunteer when you show up tomorrow.  If you are able, please organize amongst yourselves to take timer and recording shifts.  We made it clear to Hercules that we likely do not have a stroke and turn judge attending the meet.
