Final County Info/Team Camp Location
There is
NO PARKING on Pleasant Hill Rd. all weekend. Cars parked in the bike lanes on Pleasant Hill Rd. will be ticketed and towed by the Lafayette Police Department.
Programs, apparel, and coaches' meet sheets will be available Friday from 12:00pm-3:00pm outside the northeast entrance to the pool. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Venmo and Zelle are not accepted. We will have a cash-only line.
Set up begins at 12:00 PM for us (all teams with reserved cap space). All other teams may setup in the Open Area beginning at
1pm Friday (originally they said 3 PM, and last year it was 2 PM, but I guess now it is 1 PM). There is plenty of space for all teams. Spacing out the timing of team area setup creates a smoother process and helps keep the rows and aisles uniform.
Morning warmups both days are open to all (no assigned lanes) from 7:15am-8:30am. Warmups for 8&unders only are 8:30am-8:50am.
There will be a Coaches' meeting at 8:30am in the Clerk of the Course both days.
The estimated time line both days are:
9:00-11:45 AM session
12:00-12:15 Warmups for 8&unders only
12:15-12:45 Warmups for all
1:00-4:30 PM session
