Monster Splash Volunteer Jobs--Signups Now Open!!!

Volunteer jobs for the Monster Splash Invitational are now available on the Events and Meets page of the Stingrays' website. Make sure you are signed in to the website before signing up for a volunteer job.

All participating families should sign up for one shift per family.  If your swimmer is committed to the meet and you have not signed up for a job by Friday, 10/23, a job will be assigned to you.  Failure to complete your job will result in a $100 charge to the credit card we have on file.

Visiting teams are covering timing shifts, so Stingray positions include roles such as Head Timer, pumpkin decorating, and the snack bar.

Please remain flexible on the day of the meet.  We are still relatively new to hosting this event and may need to reassign roles to ensure the meet runs smoothly.  The shifts are short, and the meet will go fast, so nothing should be stressful or difficult.  This is a fun meet for our swimmers and an excellent fundraiser for our team. Thank you for being part of the endeavor.
