Change For A Change As a youth community organization, we started a scholarship fund last year for our graduating seniors. It takes commitment to stick with swim through high school and keep showing up. Those 8 AM practices are rough for these teenagers who have so many other commitments. A parent just asked why their daughter was not entered in all of the individual events tomorrow for the Aquaknights meet, and this is a great question! At dual meets, swimmers are limited in the number of events they can swim. If all swimmers swam every event, we would be at the meet all day! What is Battle of the Ages? Battle of the Ages swim meet is a premier invitational hosted by the Pleasant Hill Dolfins. Swimmers compete head-to-head against others their exact age in a battle for the fastest times.
