Special Spirit Week activities will run from 8:30-12:30 Monday-Friday. Come a little before or stay a little after your practice to join the fun! Monday, July 30th-PJ's and Pancakes. Come join us for breakfast in your comfy pajamas after practice. Tuesday, July 31st- Twins day and 3 Legged race. After practice, dress alike with a friend (or friends) and compete in a 3-legged race! Wednesday, August 1st-Super Hero & Snow cone day. Be your own "Super Hero" and enjoy a frosty treat! Hey great job over the weekend at ECI!! Here are some highlights....... Pierce got high point in the B division for 7-8 boys Peyton Lyle got high point in the B flight for 9-10 girls Kelsi Norman won IM and breast and got second in the A flight for high point Andrew Maichel won IM and free and got second in the A flight for high point The 9-10 boys free relay of Andrew, Nate, Owen and Colin broke the ECI record for free relay and also won the medely...

Our end of the season meet challenge has changed. Instead of participating in the Twin County Swim League meet, the Benicia Stingrays will be swimming our end of the season meet at the Scottsdale Invitational Meet. Many of our swimmers have done well in this meet in past years. This meet as a well-established (10-years running), smartly-organized that will be fun for all. Volunteer commitments will be less than the League meet. We believe only timers and Stroke and Turn judges will be required. More details can be found here...
